Authorized Subprocessors

Customer grants generic written authorization for ZOEARK LLC to engage the following third-party infrastructure providers and subprocessors to fulfill the Service:
Authorized subprocessors
• OpenAI, Inc. OpenAI, Inc. (USA): Provides machine learning inference and contextual vision analysis for accessibility tools, wearable devices, and robotic platforms. Payload data is processed in volatile memory and retained by the subprocessor for a maximum of 30 days strictly for abuse and safety monitoring.
• Supabase, Inc. (USA): Provides core database infrastructure and secure credential management.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): Provides edge computing, content delivery, hosting, and security routing.
• Fly.io, Inc. (USA): Provides core application server hosting for the API.
• Stripe, Inc. (USA): Provides payment processing, invoicing, and billing infrastructure.
• Resend Inc. (USA): Provides transactional email delivery and communication infrastructure.
